呵呵，這個我昨天晚上試到了！只是沒有垂直字型 (rotate font?)，也沒有
SlantFont ... 除此以外，效果相當不錯。 :-) 另外，請確定你的 pdftex 版本
夠新。我用的是 0.14f，而目前最新版本是本年四月釋出的 0.14h。

0.13d……嗯，可能未有直接讀 TTF 的功能？或是其他問題？
我在 arphic.map 加的 entries 是這樣的：
bkai01 ZenKai-Medium-01 <bkai01.enc <bkai00mp.ttf
bsmi01 ShanHeiSun-Light-01 <bsmi01.enc <bsmi00lp.ttf
其中， ZenKai-Medium-01 和 ShanHeiSun-Light-01 都是 optional，可以不加。
我貪心加進去罷了。 :-)
另外，也要確定 libkpathsea 找得到你的 ttf 字型檔。例：
$ kpsewhich bsmi00lp.ttf
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/truetype/arphic/bsmi00lp.ttf
我的 bsmi00lp.ttf 其實是放了在 /usr/share/fonts/truetype/arphic/ 底下，
但在 /usr/share/texmf/fonts/truetype/arphic/ 也加了個 symlink。
