The reason we used "big5hkscs" was that, at the time, we weren't sure of
how hyphens and other punctuation marks affect the various systems ...

I know that glibc 2.2 would normalize "Big5-HKSCS" to "big5hkscs"; maybe
we only need to make another X Locale alias, and all is set. BTW I've
just upgraded to the latest XFree86 4.0.1 package, and noticed that the
format of locale.dir etc. have changed slightly.
Another issue is the encoding part of the XLFD ... I was never sure of
what to use, and used big5hkscs-0 ... however it seems that I should've
used big5-hkscs. Perhaps I should consult with other people on
i18n@xfree86.org after the exams are over ...
