Uploaded dpkg 1.4.0.35 (source i386 all) to master
This dpkg shouldn't core dump anymore when locales are set.
It's compiled without --with-included-gettext. A small
change in dpkg.c too correcting the big string for --help (some
\ were lacking).
I tested it on one of my slink machine and it worked well.
The upload is for stable only.
