Kernel panic when started install from iso



Today downloaded debian-testing-i386-xfce-CD-1.iso (678 428 672B),
when tried to install in vmware player or virtualbox by selecting either "Install", "Graphical install", "Advanced..->Rescue mode" always just show Kernel panic message.

Kernel panic message:
