We have a debian-cd mirror setup at ftp://carroll.cac.psu.edu under
/pub/linux/distributions/debian-cd. The machine is located at the main
campus of The Pennsylvania State University in University Park,
Pennsylvania, USA. Its connection to the world is via a T3 and it is
currently limited to 100 non-PSU users. The main contact email for the
mirror is ftpkeeper@carroll.cac.psu.edu. If you could add us to the
official list of mirrors, it'd be great.
