Keep a set of working weekly/daily build images to ZFS addicts
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
observing that many people in #debian-kbsd are asking for ZFS installer
support which is known to be more or less broken in Squeeze, I wonder
whether we should keep a set of weekly/daily testing images, which are
(relatively) known to work. Currently it is a bit of a gamble for the
users to identify image sets which work at all.
We could avoid that, if we where just backing up a set of testing d-i
images which are known to work, where we could people point to.
Moreover, I am wondering whether it is seamlessly possible (ignorant
me, don't knowing anything about d-i internals) to produce an unofficial
testing d-i which installs Squeeze?
What do you think?
with kind regards,
