Bug#695058: Monitor problem fixed thanks to Milan

I received a response from Milan Kupcevic that the video card I had may have separate display heads, which it does, and suggested that I place

image=/boot/vmlinux
        label=Linux
        read-only
        initrd=/boot/initrd.img
        append="video=TV-1:d"

or append the 'append' line from above in the yaboot.conf file and then run ybin.  It fixed the problem and I would to mention that Milan explained all the required steps to me in order to make this change work. Keep in mind that newbies may not know where the config file is, what editor is available and what needs to be done after the file is changed (I.E. run ybin) to complete the configuration. Don't assume anything!

I want to thank all for the help as I would have probably never figured this out on my own although I am quite capable on computers in general.

Again, thanks to all and I hope the 'install' people make the necessary changes to make this happen automatically.

Jack
