Package: netcfg Severity: wishlist If there are multiple NICs, then it would be nice to show which one (if any) is connected, and default to that NIC. Your system has multiple network interfaces. Choose the one to use as the primary network interface while installing Debian. Primary network interface: -> eth0: Ethernet or Fast Ethernet <- eth1: Ethernet or Fast Ethernet would become; eth0: Ethernet or Fast Ethernet -> eth1: Ethernet or Fast Ethernet (active) <- (or "connected" or someting) -- Martin Michlmayr tbm@cyrius.com
