This was also my opinion, so after seeing Mehdi's hint, I uploaded the RC fixes to unstable. However, the PTS indicates "Unblock request by mehdi ignored due to version mismatch: 1.3.13a-1squeeze1", so I now wonder whether I have been too quick...
