I would rather say "folded" actually.  If you listen to everybody's
complaint, everything should be at the first level of the manual,
and thus everything would be impossible to find among the hundred of
1st-level items :)

I'm not sure to understand this: are you talking about adding something
to the start of 6.3.8.3, or to the start of 6.3.8?
