You should be able to see them by switching to the debug shell on VT2
(using alt-f2) and examining the syslog (use 'nano /var/log/syslog').

If you need additional help, please do the following:
- from the main menu of the installer, run the option "save debug logs"
- send us the files /var/log/syslog and /var/log/hardware-summary

You should be able to for example copy those files to a USB stick.

Did you also try the option "Check the CD-ROM(s) integrity" that's in the
main menu of the installer? That will really tell you if the CD is OK.
