After some more thought I've changed the first two to:
- Select a language (is more in line with title in kbd-chooser)
- Select your location (better reflects intention of country selection)
The next l10n-sync run is late tomorrow evening (CET) I think, so we can
still tune them without inconveniencing translators too much.
