Even "language=pt_BR" gives brazilian Portuguese as language. I confirm that this also improves the possibilities to deal with the two Chinese flavours. In short, I wholeheartedly welcome this change in localechooser. Given the positive impact, I would vote for it to be included in the alpha release, if we ever manage to release one.
