Tasksel's standard system mean a base install + packages with priority: standard, which gives you a 'useful character mode operating system' (according to policy). There is a bug on taskel because of the terminology being confusing, and if I am right that this what confused you perhaps you'll want to add your comments. I've obviously been using the installer too often lately. Regards, Daniel -- And that's my crabbing done for the day.
