Indeed.  This missing feature has already been reported (#391489) but no
one ever proposed an implementation.

In the meantime, it is possible using preseeding to install GRUB on
multiple disks at once, with something like:
  d-i grub-installer/bootdev  string (hd0,0) (hd1,0) (hd2,0)
