I changed the stripping rule (for mono) as to strip all but u0..u210

I've stripped out more ranges which were included in 2.25; I'm sure
we can do better, but IMO it'd be risky at this point

Updated files available in [1] and all changes were committed
in ttf-dejavu repository [2] (I still left the UNRELEASED flag set)
