Preparation to mass translation uploads, porters help needed

Hello,

Tomorrow we need to mass upload packages that has translation
updates. All modules that has no other changes, but l10n ones, ought
to be updated.

If there're modules with other changes, those need to be checked with
me. We'll decide together if we do or not each upload.

Let's continue on track and try to release Beta 1 on time :-)
