Re: problems with d-i,(no kernel packages in the archive.)

Hi,
I have those udebs in my repo.which comes under boss/pool.(insteadof debian it is boss). And /boss/dists/anant/main/debian-installer/ section is also there. So ,what is missing...???
As i am not keeping any Release.gpg file and the content of my Release file is somewhat different (as i am using my customized repo) so,is it creating this problem ?
if it so then why it is coming in this stage of installation?
As i have included these lines in my preseed file.
d-i    debian-installer/allow_unauthenticated    string    true
d-i mirror/udeb/suite string anant
Any help on this issue will be highly appreciated. If anyone has the same experience please share as i am not getting any help from any other source after a lot of googling.

Thanking all,
Pahari

Sounds like you are missing the debian-installer section on your mirror:
http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/dists/etch/main/debian-installer/
The udebs themselves are in debian/pool of course.

If you are using debmirror for your local mirror, add the following option
when you run it: '--section=main,main/debian-installer'.
