Well, we need a disk to you to install the system.

You'll need a spare machine to use the null-modem. You can use screen
to connect the modem. Here I use:
$: screen -c /dev/null /dev/ttyS0
So you can run the installation using:
Boot: install DEBCONF_FRONTEND=text console=ttyS0
And give it a try...
