i've discovered that, unlike xorg.conf way (when you modify Section "InputDevice"; this is _the most_ common way to add russian keyboard layout), defining switching shortcuts in xkb_config doesn't break ctrl+shift+<key> propagating! so I've updated http://youonlylivetwice.info/.xkb_config to switch on ctrl+shift no matter whether left or right key-pair is used
