I am selecting LILO manually with JFS just to see if the problem is
related to file system. The file system I would like to use is XFS. GRUB
does work correctly for JFS.

I am attaching the syslog along with the hardware-summary and partman
log.

I actually see no /target/etc/lilo.conf at that point.
