Comments/Problems:

When i tried to boot from installation dvd on Efit Menu (selecting
bootia64.efi) it shows the following error:

"Error: unsupported while loading bootia64.efi"

then i can not continue with the installation process.

You need an image for the i386 architecture to install on a MacBook, not 
IA64.
