Thank you for your reports.
The manual is currently frozen for the last update for Etch, so I cannot 
make any changes now. Your suggestions will go into my ToDo list though 
(not saying that I will follow all of them yet).

One suggestion.
Your 3 BRs (more coming?) are all very much related; they all deal with 
the same appendix in the installation guide (the same package and they 
are all similar in nature (suggestions for minor improvements).
It would have been fine (and IMO even better) to have combined all your 
suggestions in one single bug report.
