Bug#413644: debian-installer-manual: /etc/hosts format should follow what is done by the current installer

Package: debian-installer-manual
Severity: minor

Hi !

In Appendix D3.4.3, the manual say to use "127.0.0.1 localhost
DebianHostName" in /etc/hosts. I think that we should follow what is
done by the debian installer :

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
127.0.1.1 DebianFullyQualifiedHostName DebianHostName
