Bug#402410: debian-installer: LVM setup broken if hostname/VG contains a "-" character

The last one (initramfs and cryptsetup already has code to detect this)

So a lv named "debian-lv" on a vg named "main-vg" will get a device name
like  /dev/mapper/debian--lv-main--vg.
