Hey, if you want, i can reactivate my daily builds, i now also have access to 
an online XServe G5 which could easily host the daily builder and has good
bandwidth and should have permanent uptime.

Whatever you reproached to my own daily builds, you have to admit that they
never experienced any network or otherwise related trouble.

But then, as long as we don't have evidence of a prep cd boot, i doubt it make

Like i said, netbooting is the prefered installation methods for prep boxes,
especially powerstack II ones like the one Ulrich or myself has, and the daily
build 2.6.18 based images should work just fine.
