Some times ago i wrote a frontend for cdebconf [1] that allows one to install debian via web. It works pretty well, but still it lacks authentication and ssl support (which will be provided by the companion thttpd web server, not by the frontend itself). As soon as the rush to debug g-i before Etch release i'm currently in is over, i'd like to start working on this frontend again: i think it would be just perfect to install debian on embedded devices like the nslu.
