Bug#398342: installation-report: Raid6 and Raid10 missing from Software RAID setup. SATA disks mapped in wrong order.

I'm not sure anything can be done about this. Bioses do lie and grub
detects drives in the wrong order sometimes.

What you can do is edit the /hoot/grub/device.map file to match your
bios or change your bios settings to match grubs.
