Frans, please...
There's no need to _ask_ you before to open a bug report. We're a
comunity and as one we all want the best for the project.
I agree with Joey POV and don't see a specific need for an extra
udeb. Besides, it would demand extra work about migrations and
like. But again, it's not a reason to avoid someone to open a bug
report or a feature request.
No body need _autorization_ to request something. If you'll follow or
not this request, it's a different thing...
