Bug#395300: installation-guide: New disk partitioner changed menu entries, guide needs updating

preparing.po has
<menuchoice> <guimenuitem>Manually edit partition table</guimenuitem> </menuchoice>,
but the installer no longer has this menuitem. I guess there are
several cases like this, guide needs to get the new menuitems texts
from the installer. The partition code seemed to get a heavy re-write.
