Comments/Problems:
installation went fine till reboot. the installation didn't add the module
megaraid_sas to the initrd. adding megaraid_sas to
/etc/initramfs-tools/modules and rebuilding initrd (dpkg-reconfigure) helped
to boot the freshly installed system.
