Indeed, but the solution is most probably the same or very related.

Well, but once the d-i image is out of the way, and swap is activated, there
will usually be no problem anymore in displaying those languages.

Yes, but on the other hand, the user will most probably later connect to the
box using ssh, and thus be able to use the full UTF8 console, so this is the
same case as above.
