Bug#382388: only sets up one crypto volume at a time

Package: partman-crypto
Severity: normal

partman offers me to "Configure encrypted volume*s*". However, every
time I choose it, only one volume is configured. In addition, since
I have to write the changes to disk when I call the option, it gets
very confusing. The following numbers correspond to the runs of the
menu option, so I had to actually run "Configure encrypted volumes"
three times...

  1. sets up /dev/sda1, nothing else
  2. creates filesystem on /dev/sda1, sets up /dev/sda2
  3. creates filesystem on /dev/sda2, sets up /dev/sda3

In addition, after installation, I found /dev/sda3 *not* to contain
a filesystem (it was my /tmp), but this may be related to the other
bug I just filed about setting the 'tmp' option in /etc/crypttab
(#382374).
