I don't think it is that much of a problem, though. AIUI, a netinst
CD-ROM only contains the base system; so everything that is on the
CD-ROM will already be installed after the installation run. As a
result, you will not need the CD-ROM anymore once the installation has
finished anyway, even if it is listed in sources.list, since there is
nothing there anymore that can be installed (unless you remove pppd once
and then reinstall it again, or so, but I would think those are corner
cases, that are not likely to occur very often (especially not with
newbie users)).
