Consider the next few lines rude.
Consider also that ignoring a regular poster is very rude.

The proposal qualifies for bull shit.

Or if you prefer: It smells like an idea from the marketing department.
It says nothing about how to implement it, impact on the size of the CD,
nor the usage of memory.

And if Marketing insists to have this corner case ( isolated computer,
not installable and a working manual reading/display program ) supported,
then they have to provide resources for it.
