Bug#377032: choose-mirror: "protocol" question should be critical

Package: install
Severity: normal

For testing, I tried using g-i snapshot to install debian from
a local FTP mirror. At the choose-mirror step, I chose
"enter information manually", and entered host name and directory.
However, there was no entry for the protocol. As a result, the
installer defaulted to "http", and kept trying to get the "Release"
file via HTTP. Worse than that, the operation can't be cancelled.
So, rebooting was the only way to get out.

Looking at choose-mirror source, the "protocol" question is
there with "medium" priority, which I think should be sensible
to be at the same level as the "host" and "directory" questions,
critical.
