cairo + directfb 1.1.10-3 experimental packages uploaded to NEW

As promised, I said I'd wait till >Tuesday to upload these to debian in
experimental, and I've just done this. They'll need ftp-master actions
if they are not going to have to wait the usual 1-2 months.

The new 1.1.10-3 packages with some minor changes are also on my site
as before, at: http://download.dajobe.org/debian/experimental/

With respect to when these should go into unstable, upstream is taking
their time to do this but it seems to be getting closer. They do not
support 1.1.x series versions, only stable series which is currently
1.0.x and 1.2.x will be the new stable. Which is why I wish to wait
for 1.2.0 to appear as there is a slim possibilities of some needed
changes. API changes are very unlikely as their release policy is to
only to release if the library is backwards-compatible.
