Hello, I'm testing Debian Sid over IBM HS20 with a fibre channel adapter QLogic Corp. QLA2312. With 2.6.15 kernel version it runs ok, but I have problems with 2.6.16. In 2.6.16 kernel, qla2xxx load firmware via the Firmware Loader interface. I have obtained firmware for my adapter (ql2300_fw.bin) but I don't know what I must do with this file. Do I need recompile kernel?, Where I must put ql2300_fw.bin? Some idea? Thanks in advance, pere
