This means that what you have in this CD image will still be the "etch beta2" installer, whichever week you download the CD image. If you want to test dai-ly development snapshot images, you have to download them from the installer page: http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer Be sure to choose the "daily" images. I recommend using the netboot or businesscard images which will give you more control about which Debian suite you'll install (testing or unstable).
