This is currently not possible as the package that the installer calls to 
install the base system does not provide that information.

Well, that is both a bug and a feature.
It's a bug because for daily/weekly builds netinst and full CD's the CD is 
currently completely ignored. The cause for this has been identified and 
rectified.
It's a feature because you can indeed have the installer use both the CD 
and a mirror as source. It should then take packages that have not been 
updated from the CD and those that have from the mirror.
