Bug#355289: cdebconf: Slightly broken screen in some cases for select questions

I found this bug while running d-i at medium priority, in French, then
select the debconf priority question in main-menu as soon as it becomes
available.

The select list expands down too low and goes over the dialog box border.
The bug is rather cosmetic, though...everything is working fine besides this.
