This clearly doesn't allow us to ship that version of the driver. At least it
is better that the 'don't even look at it' licence that was on the SATA
drivers from marvell.

Basically, this is a kernel issue, and the right thing to do is to file a bug
against the linux-2.6 package, and lobby for the upstream kernel to include
said fix.
