partman binary package still in testing?

Hi,

It seems that there still is a partman binary in testing while
it's source has been removed.  This is probably cause by the udeb
synchronisation still pushing that into testing.  I think that
should get removed.  This only seems to be the problem on amd64
however.

This is currently causing problems for building the monolithic
target on amd64, since it picks that binary instead of
partman-base.  This might also cause problems for building the
CDs?
