I'll add a comment about this in the templates. This is all that we
can do.

Before someone says it, saying that MINIMUM will never be equal to 1
is not enough. Some languages have different plural forms for various
numbers above 1. For instance, in Russian, IIRC, all numner ending
with "1" use singular. And many other languages have such rules.

So, unfortunately, the only solution is to actually document in the
templates that MINIMUM=8
