Do you (d-i team) really consider this bug release-critical? It was
ignored unfixed for sarge, and I would classify having etch detect this
particular brand of cd-rom as a wishlist... considering Sarge didn't.

Other than the arm build being MIA, this is the only issue currently
blocking hw-detect.
