You probably made a mistake when burning the image into the CD.  The
"netinst" cd is bootable, and should boot correctly.  If it doesn't
it's probably because a problem at the burning stage.

Please keep in mind that you have to don't have to put the .iso file
in the cd, you have to create the cd directly from that .iso file.

É muito provavel que você tinha feito um erro quando você fez o CD. 
Você nao tem que pôr o arquivo no CD, você tem que gerar o CD
diretamento desde o arquivo .iso
