Bug#308747: netboot.tar.gz doesn't boot a Soekris 4801 via tftp and serial console

fails to boot a Soekris 4801 SBC. Info on the hardware here:

The symptom is a serial console which has random characters streaming across
the screen, regardless of baud rate selected. It should display the
bootloader screen when set to 9600 baud.
The problem was defined and patched by web-45cbd39005051201@centerclick.org
A replacement pxelinux.0 file was made available on his web page here:
http://centerclick.org/net4801/pxelinux/
When replacing the pxelinux.0 file with this one, the bootloader and installer
screen appears as normal.
