Manual Install, how?

I'd like to install Sarge on a computer that doesn't have enough memory 
for d-i (24 MiB RAM), so I'm wondering if there is a handy guide to the 
subject.  I did a browse of the Wiki and didn't see anything (but that 
may not mean it's not there).  If there isn't anything I will probably 
write it on the Wiki as I figure it out (like I have with creating a 
custom debian cd, though I still haven't completed it with a full 
instructions on a real release including source as I have only been 
doing test cases on my own machines and not a full release yet), but the 
more guidance I have, the better.
