As far as I have readed the documentations partconf is the program used
to check are there any partitions on the current discs and to create the
fstab using this allready existing partitions AND SKIP the partitioning
while it is not needed.

My only need is to create preseed that will use the allready created
partitions on the disks and then install the system on them.
