No, they are not on the netinst. That is because we want to keep its size 
around 110 MB. The netinst only contains the generic -386 kernels, so the 
installation system falls back to that.

The other kernels should be included on the first CD of the full CD sets.
They will also be available over the Internet if you use floppy 
installation, netbooting hd-media installation or the businesscard CD.
